Voiceover is a licensed media services company based in Culver City, Los Angeles County, CA, offering professional voiceover services and a casting platform for voice actors and production companies.

Your Privacy Matters
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We do not sell, loan, give, or share your personal information with anyone. Our site is primarily informational, and we do not send unsolicited communications.

Mailing List
If you choose to join our mailing list, rest assured you won’t be overwhelmed with emails. We limit our communications to no more than four emails per year, usually less. These emails typically include industry-related tips, updates on our services, and important announcements like our Covid safety protocols. You can unsubscribe at any time, and when you do, your information will be completely removed from our records.

Comments
When you leave a comment on our site, we collect the information you provide in the comments form, along with your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam and malicious activity. If you’re not a spammer or a bot, there’s no need to worry about this.

If you use the Gravatar service, an anonymized string created from your email (also called a hash) may be sent to Gravatar to see if you’re using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible alongside your comment.

Media Uploads
If you upload image files to our main website (lavoiceover.com) or our casting website (casting.lavoiceover.com), please ensure that you remove any embedded location data (EXIF GPS) beforehand. Be aware that while we implement security measures, other visitors could potentially download and extract location data from images on the site. We cannot guarantee the prevention of unauthorized downloads and therefore cannot assume responsibility for any misuse of your files.

For audio files uploaded to our casting website, these are intended for secure access only. However, in the unlikely event of a security breach, we cannot accept liability for any unauthorized access or misuse of your files.

Cookies
